FlöBreath is a guided breathing and heart rate variability (HRV) app for Apple Watch and iPhone. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data FlöBreath accesses and how it is handled.
FlöBreath does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All data stays on your device.
FlöBreath reads heart rate and HRV data from Apple HealthKit to display biometric feedback during breathing sessions. This data is accessed only with your explicit permission and is never sent off your device. FlöBreath may also write workout and heart rate data back to HealthKit so it appears in the Apple Health app.
FlöBreath does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information.
FlöBreath does not include any analytics frameworks, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not track your usage of the app.
Since FlöBreath does not collect any data, there is nothing to share with third parties.
FlöBreath does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
