FlöHR is a simple heart rate monitoring app for Apple Watch and iPhone. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data FlöHR accesses and how it is handled.
FlöHR does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All data stays on your device.
FlöHR reads heart rate data from Apple HealthKit to display your real-time heart rate during workout sessions. This data is accessed only with your explicit permission and is never sent off your device. FlöHR may also write workout and heart rate data back to HealthKit so it appears in the Apple Health app.
FlöHR does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information.
FlöHR does not include any analytics frameworks, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not track your usage of the app.
Since FlöHR does not collect any data, there is nothing to share with third parties.
FlöHR does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
